Delete Your Account

Send an email to mscosian@gmail.com with the subject “WelcomeQR account deletion request”, sent from the email address your account is registered with. That's all we need — sending from the registered address is how we verify the request is yours.

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your account (email, name, phone, password hash), your event registrations and the answers you gave on registration forms, and your QR tickets.

Anonymized attendance records for past events (for example, that a gate recorded an entry at a given time) may be retained so organizers' event statistics stay accurate — these are no longer linked to you once your account is deleted. We may also keep records where the law requires it.
